RETREAT PHILOSOPHY
You live in a digital world — work, family, people, phone screens, and computers constantly keep you inside of endless stream of information.
And it seems normal. But your brain almost never truly rests. Even in silence, alone with yourself, you continue reading, listening, checking, comparing, and replaying things in your mind.
You are always connected and rarely separated from your phone. You learn about other people’s lives through social media, and they learn about yours there as well. That is why it becomes harder and harder to understand: where is your real life?
This retreat is not about “finding yourself,” not about meditation or yoga by the sea, not about therapy or group discussions about personal problems.
It is about digital detox. About not simply turning your phone off for a few days, but feeling how your ability to truly live in the present moment gradually returns to you. It is about stepping away from the constant beeping of notifications and the endless flickering of screens. About returning to a state where your attention belongs to you — not to your phone.
We created a space where you can reconnect with your body, your thoughts, your emotions, and the real people around you.
You will give your brain a rest from the “white noise,” find real friends instead of Instagram and FB connections, and return home with renewed energy to light the path for others and help them overcome the fear of uncertainty.
Retreat program description

20:00–21:30 — Live communication. Phones face down on the table — restoring interpersonal connection and focus on the real moment.
21:30 — Evening sound healing: rooftop sound baths under the stars for a gentle entrance into the retreat — deep relaxation of the nervous system and release of accumulated tension.
