RETREAT PHILOSOPHY

You are a modern person living in the 21st century. Every day you make countless decisions — you work, communicate, take care of yourself, your family, and your children.
Somehow you manage. But more and more often, you stop listening to your own inner voices. Sometimes it feels like you are giving far more than you receive. At certain moments, you suddenly realize that you are living on autopilot, no longer truly feeling the joy of life.
This retreat is not about changing the scenery or doing yoga and meditations by the sea.
It is about stepping out of the digital field and returning to a state where you are once again connected with yourself and with reality.
We created a space where every strong “light- keeper” can allow themselves to feel like a kid and supported by others, awakened from endless routine, or simply joyful and free — capable of genuine human connection.
You will leave Montenegro with new friends, support, and the confidence that you matter to others.

DAY 1 — ARRIVAL - WE EXHALE TOGETHER

Goal of the day: Creating a group atmosphere of trust and safety

14:00–17:00 — Arrival, accommodation, introductions — a gentle transition out of the usual rhythm and the beginning of shifting attention back to yourself
17:00–18:30 — Free time: a walk without your phone, the sea, silence without “white noise” — increasing awareness of yourself
18:30–20:00 — Retreat opening. Introduction circle. No titles or achievements — only your name and one word describing how you feel right now
20:00–21:30 — Live communication — restoring offline communication skills and focus on the present moment
21:30 — Evening sound healing: sound baths for a gentle entry into the retreat — deep relaxation of the nervous system and release of accumulated tension

DAY 2 — ILLUSIONS AND EXPECTATIONS

Goal of the day: Gently seeing where the real personality ends and imitation in life and online begins

08:30–09:00 — Morning silence ritual — reducing inner noise and focusing attention on your present state
09:00–10:30 — Group body practices by the sea (elements of yoga, breathing exercises, balance exercises) — releasing accumulated tension and reconnecting with the body
10:30–11:30 — Breakfast, rest
11:30–13:30 — Group work: “My life on the phone and my life in reality — spot ten differences” — realizing where you live in perception rather than in reality
13:30–16:00 — Free time
16:00–17:30 — Group work with voice and emotions — restoring natural self-expression and releasing inner blocks
19:00–20:30 — Integration: creating a personal state anchor — fixing the state you will be able to return to after the retreat

DAY 3 — REAL EMOTIONS

Goal of the day: Allowing yourself to feel what has been ignored for a long time

08:30–09:00 — Morning silence ritual — stabilizing attention and reducing nervous system overload
09:00–10:30 — Group body practices by the sea — deepening contact with the body and its sensations
10:30–11:30 — Breakfast
11:30–13:30 — Deep group work: fatigue, loneliness in a crowd, the fear that “maybe we are no longer interesting to each other” — recognizing hidden states affecting our lives
13:30–16:00 — Rest
16:00–17:30 — Ecstatic dance — safely releasing accumulated tension through movement
17:30–19:00 — Meditative practices — slowing down and deepening inner connection with yourself
19:00–20:30 — Integration: symbolic practice for finding support and clarity — discovering inner guidance when making decisions

DAY 4 — THE SEA, THE YACHT- JUST LIVE

Goal of the day: Truly resting for yourself, not for social media pictures

08:30–09:00 — Morning silence ritual — stabilizing attention and reducing nervous system overload
09:00–09:30 — Breakfast
11:00–14:30 — Yacht trip — experiencing the moment without goals or results, light snacks, live communication
14:30–15:00 — Return to the port of Bar
15:00–19:00 — Free time, experiencing reality without constant analysis
20:30 — Evening circle — realizing how perception changes without constant interaction with the phone

DAY 5 — TRANSFORMATION. WHO AM I WITHOUT MY FEED?

Goal of the day: Seeing yourself outside of your accustomed image

08:30–09:00 — Morning silence ritual — maintaining clarity and focus on yourself
09:00–10:30 — Group body practices on the beach — strengthening the connection with the body
10:30–11:30 — Breakfast
11:30–13:00 — Body-oriented group practices — developing concentration and the feeling of complete presence in the moment
13:00–13:30 — Group discussion — realizing and reinforcing your new experience of perception
13:30–16:00 — Rest
16:00–18:30 — Integration: creating a personal artifact of the state — reinforcing inner changes through a physical symbol

DAY 6 — ADA BOJANA- BODY, FREEDOM, JOY

Goal of the day: Reclaiming your body as a source of support

09:00–11:00 — Trip to the beach — changing space and intensifying perception
11:30–13:00 — Body practices on the beach — deepening contact with your body and its sensations
13:00–14:30 — Lunch, rest
14:30–16:00 — Work with the body and attention — practice of recognizing your state through the body
16:00–17:30 — Free time
17:30–19:00 — Final practice: creating a personal reminder artifact of the chosen state to maintain inner support in daily life
19:00–21:00 — Sound healing — a gentle completion of the process of returning to yourself and reinforcing this state

DAY 7 — GOING HOME WITH INNER SUPPORT

Goal of the day: Reinforcing the results and experience gained during the retreat


08:30–09:00 — Morning silence ritual — fixing the inner state of wholeness
09:00–11:00 — Final circle — conscious articulation of the results and inner changes
11:00–13:00 — Packing, farewell, departure

Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.
The price depends on the arrival and departure schedules of the retreat participants.

Comfortable and welcoming apartments in the coastal town of Bar, just a 6-minute walk from the beach. Peaceful and away from the busy tourist areas, this is a place where you can slow down, take a deep breath, and dedicate time to yourself.

Each room includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartments combine the warmth of home with modern amenities, creating a space where you can feel relaxed, comfortable, and at ease throughout the retreat.
